Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Habit of the Day account at any time. This page explains exactly what is removed and lets you do it yourself.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account immediately and irreversibly removes your data from Habit of the Day. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore it afterwards.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile details (name, date of birth, email preferences)
- All of your habits, including archived habits
- Your entire completion history and Consistency Score data
- Any notes you attached to completions
- Your reminder schedules and push notification subscriptions
- Your saved habits from the Discover feed
- Your app preferences, including theme and sort order
Records we are legally required to keep — such as billing and tax records held by our payment provider — are retained for the period the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Habit of the Day Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account so you are not charged again. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund, and we do not provide refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
